All of our products are shipped to you in discreet unmarked packagings such as a plain box or an unmarked soft pack envelope.  But once you open your package, it is anything but plain as we make sure all your products are presented delightfully and ready for exotic use!

Unlike the others, even though cust-service-plain-boxPrettyLadySmiles.com sells adult products (but no X Rated products), it also sells other products and is not known as an explicit adult retail business, such as Adam & Eve. In fact, we feel our name is quite friendly!  However, to make your package as completely discreet as possible, we even use our parent company (Geminitz) for the unassuming return address label.

Discreet Billing
Because we use PayPal for both Credit Card and PayPal purchases it is one of the safest and secure ways to purchase online.  Plus, Geminitz (our parent company) will appear there as well.

Upon placing an order we will send you an email acknowledging your order has been received.  Then, upon shipment, you will be notified with the tracking number.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Returns

Because of the nature of adult products, most returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects where a replacement product will be provided.  To return an item please contact us at returns@prettyladysmiles.com providing: 1. product name and 2. brief description of defect (reason for return).  We will then provide a “Return Authorization Number” and instructions on how to make the return easy for you.  We strive for your complete satisfaction, therefore if you feel there is a valid reason for returning an item, other than a manufacturing defect, you may also contact us at: returns@prettyladysmiles.com
